The Health Dept. reported an improvement in the general situation with only 409 new cases reported. Physicians think disease will have run its course by the end of the week. Churches might reopen on Sunday. HC Blake won't decide until tomorrow night or Friday once he is convinced that there won't be an increase in the number of cases. He asked doctors to expedite reporting number of cases. Dr. Blake thinks that most if not all of those likely to have the disease may have contracted it already and Baltimore might be immune to another outbreak this year.
